Moving further away from thoughts rooted in fear

I felt like writing a journal for yesterday to digest and honour the distance that was made and in what direction. As I’m moving further away from thoughts rooted in fear and towards thoughts rooted in love I can distinctively detect the increased confidence and calm it has allowed to manifest in my being (#coherence).

Doelow AKA Doelow the Pilotman said in one of his most recent live-stream: “You have to start thinking of yourself as a solar-system, and the energy within you (the sun, the body of water) determines what is pulled towards you”. If you didn’t know already, the body and the universe are incredibly similar in strucutre, especially when you move from the perspective of ‘way, way out’ to ‘way, way deep inside’. Check out this video Powers of Ten, which goes way out into space, and then way into a human being in magnitudes of ten.

Truly believe that everything is going to be O.K. — because the biggest lesson we’re here to learn is that of faith. Our ego wants to control everything‚Ķ E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G. If you’re not aware of it, then you’re either the Dali Lama, or you’re being controlled by it right now, but that’s another story.

I feel that the ego is the overgrown and remains of part the human body in a time when its key aim was to stay alive (think of survival-mode and fight or flight).

When you shower people with calm and serenity, not bothering them with your problems, mishaps, even successes (what we believe to be a ‘problem’, or ‘success’) you can tell that it is like a nice cool breeze on a hot day, it’s refreshing; it’s presence. You should never bother others with your problems. You may ask them for advice, but if you’re someone who complains, or boasts about your ‘successes’ (both are stuck in the past), you’re an energy vampire, you’re literally pulling the energy out of the present and using it to light the past.

Boasting, complaining, both root in anxiety, that one is not enough. That is evident because one seeks (and sometimes is addicted to) external gratification. This could even be
internal, for someone, like myself, who has been very critical of themselves, therefore I am the one who’s gratification I seek.

The truth is that everything is fine RIGHT NOW, because the universe is right. The universe follows the law of cause and effect, thus everything is the way it is and is where it is because of causes, or we could say actins. You’re NOT supposed to know everything right now, you’re NEVER supposed to stop learning and life is really about getting into balance so that you can be creative and take inspired action, learn from it, and repeat.

The ego wants everything right now and is never satisfied even when you get it. So true freedom comes from acceptance of the NOW.

If you’re new to the topic of the present moment I suggest you check out the book The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle.

Peace!
