OK, so every event that occurs in life is neutral. It doesn’t care what you want, what your intentions are or how much money you make. It’s going to happen regardless. As an experiencer, we attach the meaning to the event, good or bad and then react to it emotionally.
Say for example I have a motorcycle accident. Right now, I’m based in Thailand and so this is very common on the roads. So say I have an accident. On the surface, It’s not good, it’s not pleasant or fun, but would reacting to it negatively and attaching that label to it help me in any way? No. You could see it like this: that accident may have stopped me from having a fatal accident further down the road, or this accident is going to make me more cautious when coming out of a T-junction in future. The list goes on. As soon as you stop and think about it, there are more positives than negatives. And just by having this mindset you will begin to be more calm and more methodical in both your analysis of the world as it unfolds and your actions in response.
The way in which most people analyze and categorize events is very simple, and considers only the superficial, rarely looking deeper to find any other meaning. In doing this quick-and-dirty analysis we miss so much deeper meaning, which can drastically change how the event is categorized in our mind. But, if you take a step back and remove your emotions and ego from the equation, you can begin to read the event logically and discover lessons and indirect benefits that are positive, when in fact most would consider it a negative event.
Our minds are designed to categorize and sort every piece of information handed to it, and through our upbringing and social-conditioning, we habitually see events as either positive or negative. Because of this, the quality of our emotions and state of mind are in direct reflection to the meaning we attach to events.

The words Positive and Negative are the most basic categorizations that exist. It’s on or off, it’s one or zero. You can only sustain one of them at a time because they are polar opposites (in fact they are so opposite that positive implies negative, and negative implies positive), and therefore, implicitly, they are one
I see all events as either a great reward or a great lesson. That allows me to be grateful for every event that occurs in my life. I also continuously believe that the universe is trying to help me: commonly known as an Inverse Paranoid. By being grateful, and interpreting the event methodically I will always see opportunities that me closer to my highest goals and visions. All events are manifestations of your own doing, and everything you did up until that point lead to the event occurring exactly as it did.
For example, If I failed at something, all it means is that I didn’t try hard enough, wasn’t prepared. Whatever it was, now I know what not to in the future. This is the reason for memory and the reason for failure: To learn and get better.
Let me repeat that: “The reason for memory and the reason for failure is to learn and get better”.
Why is this so beneficial? Well, you will experience more positive energy in yourself, if you accept what has already happened and don’t dwell on it. You’ll be able to be calmer in challenging and high risk events, because you know whatever happens is going to benefit you in some way, directly or indirectly. And as long as you are trying your hardest and reflecting on it everyday, you can only move forward.
Our minds are much more powerful than we think, so it’ is vital that you understand it well and routinely consider what you think and dwell on with great care. What you dwell on, you manifest in your mind, your body and the world and people around you. We are vibrating beings in a vibrating world and the rate of that vibration changes everything. We literally create the world around us: our eyes turn the sun into light, the nerve-ends in our skin turn electric vibrations in the air into heat and temperature, and our eardrums turn vibrations in the air into sound. Your state of being and vibration is what attracts people, objects and situations to you. How you feel, and consequently act, determines what is attracted to you. By becoming aware of the underlying causes that effect this, you can to take control of what energy you put out, to get back what you want from life.
This is the way that navigate through my life and it has changed my state of mind immensely. I am always at a neutral and present state of mind because I treasure and am grateful for everything that occurs. It has brought great friends and great experiences, great challenges and great lessons. I truly believe that anything is possible in life, if you put you resourcefulness into it and know that you can. It will take time to shift and change because old habits die hard, but I can tell you through experience that it will be worth it. The key is to spot yourself dwelling on a negative event and then replacing that negative thought with a positive one, or analyzing and finding one, or if there’s not one, then thinking of what could be positive about it.
Dwell on the positive and you will see how the world around you changes and how much easier it is to be grateful, which is the beginning to attaining more in life.
